Just a quick post before we head to dinner, but first and foremost I have to say that I have the most amazing family and support group ever! You guys are amazing and I thought of you every marker I went across!
I feel amazing! I really don't hurt too bad and my stomach is great! I held off too long in the marathon and didn't push it until after mile 2o, but should have pushed it sooner, although I enjoyed and LOVED every minute! It was an amazing experience and Boston is really friendly with high energy, just an amazing city that supports this marathon.
Thanks for all the wonderful wishes, prayers and love!
Right after the marathon.
Mile 10, where I say our "Support Group" ... our wonderful husbands, that put up with a lot!
Right after the race, when I found Austin. There are people EVERYWHERE! The entire downtown Boston is shutdown with runners and supporters everywhere.
After Tara and Lynn got to our meeting spot in the hotel. JJ was a trooper, an amazing, good baby!
Agh.. the massage!
Our sign from MS with the money we raised.. The total for all 3 of us was over $4,000 raised!
